Useful getting started in Denmark information.

I am an American looking to move and work in Denmark. Thank you for the useful information. If you have any other tips on how I might get started in Denmark please contact me. Again, thank you. Matthew

Response: Hi Matthew,
If you go through the website (www.fyidenmark.com) and follow the getting started guide, you should be well on your way to having a good start on becoming an expat in Denmark. But there are many small things that you can only really learn and appreciate once you do them the first time. Like riding the train or bus, going shopping or trying to speak Danish to a Dane. As an expat that is all part of the learning process - sometimes it is painless, other times it is quite uncomfortable, but it is all part of being an expat and one day you will look back on it and think this is not so hard.
