Wheel locks

Where do you get these attached wheel locks? I've never seen them in the United States and the system sounds very convenient, especially against someone just trying to go for a joy-ride.

Are you talking about the bicycle wheel locks? They are not sold in the US as far as I know, but if you want a set I can get them for you and post you a set. Maybe you would want to be a dealer for them :) - bring a new fad to the US.
