Hi, first off I would like to thank you for this website. It has been very educational. I am married to a dane and am about to apply for the residency according to family reunification. As of earlier this year there is no fee anymore to file for residency under this act or a test. There is however a danish language test you have to pass within 6 months of living there. It is a free class and test.
