FYI Denmark does not collect personally identifiable information from you in any variety of ways when you visit our site. We do not register guests on the site, yet when you fill out a form or contact request, you may be asked to enter a name and contact email so that we can respond to you in connection with your request. You may use a false name or first name only to avoid any personal data and that is not information that we sell or share with anyone or any service provider.
Remember: If you complete a form, we may request your name, email address, in order to respond to your request. Remember any other relevant information you give/publish on this site could be seen by other people, so your decision to reveal personal information needs to be considered carefully.
When you submit content to us, we will publish the information as it is given to us including photos. Please take care to not reveal any information that you do not want to be known. We do edit posts that include information, that we deem to be unwise to publish such as CPR number. (yes people do actually send that information to us)
If you request to be notified about comments on any content you submit to us, or request to be notified when others submit content, we will ask for your first name and email address.
If you purchase a product or service from us, we will need your name, email address, mailing address and payment information, yet that information is neither stored, collected or sold/shared with other parties. Once a transaction is complete the information is discarded/destroyed except that necessary for tax purposes. This site also uses some Facebook commenting. Facebook stores all of your comments and may show them on your timeline, depending on your Facebook settings.

FYI Denmark is an information site to help expats acclimate to Denmark quicker and easier and we do not wish to gather any personal information about you in order to financially better ourselves. The site is funded from 3rd party advertisers and if you wish to click on those links to advertisers who support the site than that is your option. We do not force anyone to click on an advertisers link nor do we control what they do with the information they gather from your visit to their sites.

There are over 70 historic churches in North Jutland located at "The Top of Denmark". Each worth visiting. Many date from the early 1200s and are still used for services.
