Hej Hari,

I do not know if any of the hostels are run by India Folks, but you can check out the site www.danhostel.dk that lists the hostels in Denmark.

You may also wish to check out the https://www.fyidenmark.com/expatsindenmark.html, which lists various expat groups in Denmark. There is a group for Indians living in Denmark and they may be of assistance to you.
