First I made the driving school here and the instructor teached me that NEVER signal for changing lanes, just if you turn right/left. After, if you go outside Denmark and you don't have EU number plates you need a sticker with DK on the car and everything should be fine, as for passport if you are EU residence you don't need, driving license is enough to travel all EU space. I just write so people don't get confused!

It's true that you don't need the passport to cross the borders but, you do need a passport to identify your self to a police officer if they ask you.
