Intrum justitia
Hello,
Last year I was fined in the metro because I was travelling without a metro ticket. I gave them my Danish adress and I signed the paper. Then, I left Denmark and come back to Spain.
My problem now is that they've sold my debt to a private company (Intrum Justitia) who is sending my fine with recharges to my private apartment in cph. Before leaving CPH I cancelled my adress there, so my question is
Are they right charging me with a notification in a place I don't leave any More? They answer was that I should know the Danish law where it says that I should change my adress to all the companies I owned money, such as metro.
Am I supposed to know all the Danish law if I was just there for an Exchange?
