How many people / bedrooms per apartment?

Hi there,

First, thanks for all the very useful information!

I am having trouble understanding how many people / bedrooms are in each apartment.

I am using lejebolig.dk to look for a flat for three friends to share. The adverts will say how many rooms are in the apartment, but not how many bedrooms or people would fit. Is there something I am missing?

Thank you!

Kate

The adverts do not usually tell you how many people can live there. You will have to discuss that with the landlord. They probably do not care, but assume you want 3 bedrooms if 3 people are living together unless there are couples who want to share a room. Remember Danish apartments are generally very small compared to US apartments and even by UK standards.

I can not be more specific. You could contact lejbolig and ask them for clarification.

It's true that you don't need the passport to cross the borders but, you do need a passport to identify your self to a police officer if they ask you.
