Caught on train twice for not having a valid ticket
by: Charlie

Sabina,

Not sure if there is a question there, but you should be ashamed of yourself for riding illegally on the trains. Either buy a ticket like everyone else or walk to your destination. Public transport can only work if people pay for their travel. Everyone can make a mistake and forget their pass or calculate the wrong number of zones, yet if you have done it twice and it sounds like you do it more often, than pay your fines. If they have your CPR number or contact information, they will come after you will pay the fines plus late fees. The longer you wait the more you will pay. Next time you get caught you may be a bit more trouble. You are treading a fine line here. Sorry but no compassion for those who cheat the system on purpose. Others pay, so should you.
